At Complete Trash, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns & Refunds for Eligible Products

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of purchase, provided:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • All Stickers, including $5 rubbish and recycling stickers.

  • Any used or damaged items that do not meet the return conditions.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), if a product is faulty or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us immediately if you believe your product is faulty.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at CompleteTrash2025@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm if your item is eligible for return.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the email. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund if eligible.
